An alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering with B.E., M.E., LLB, LLM, and Ph.D. degrees, he combines strong academic excellence with deep legal and administrative insight. As President of the Puran Murti Educational Society, he has established institutions that excel in engineering, aviation, management, and law.
